Group Sickness & Accident Claims
When a member suffers a sickness or accident the following procedure should be followed:
Seek Medical Attention Immediately
It should be noted that the claim will commence from the date on the claimants first medical certificate. This is also the date from which the excess period will commence.
Please ensure all medical certificates clearly states condition / diagnosis.
Claim paperwork can either be faxed to our office on 02 9520 9829 or posted to PO Box 488 Engadine 2233
Please ensure you keep copies of all documents submitted for your own reference
